This is an Ex Nottingham Fire appliance which was initially stationed at Warsop before being relocated to East Leake Fire Station as a Retained Appliance
M940 RRB is one of a batch of 10 Rapier Appliances which is powered by an 8300cc Cummings Engine and is nicknamed the Bullet. It has an Automatic Gearbox and the water tank capacity is 400 Gallons
This appliance is owned by Mr Alex Naismith who is a member of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service Heritage Trust and it will be on the Heritage Trusts Event's circuit this year
